RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 42KM allows free returns and exchanges for any unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked (exceptions mentioned below). While exchange, if the new size requested by you is not available, you will be given an option to avail store credit. 

 

Here's the process to return or exchange an item:

 

  1. Contact us at support@42kmstore.com to state what you want to return or exchange along with your preferred time for pickup.

  2. Once your return or exchange is approved we will reply back with your schedule for pickup.

  3. Keep return pack ready during your scheduled pickup time. 

  4. Alternatively, you can also drop the box to the specified location details in the mail. 

The products need to be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving the approval or we may not be able to process your return/exchange. Once we receive your item back, we’ll process your refund or ship you the exchange items.

 

NOTE: The free exchange/return policy is applicable to all collections except, Run for all, All for run (RFAFR).

 

The entire objective of Run for all, All for Run (RFAFR) collection is to provide finest activewears in a much affordable cost, so the margins are way too slim for us to bear the exchange/return cost levied upon by our shipping partner. So, we request you to go about it in two ways, 

  1. Recommended: Directly ship the received garment to 42KM delivery office, Address: 71/50, Kuppanna Chettiar Street, Palladam Road, Tirupur, Tiruppu, Tamil Nadu 641604

  2. Else we will schedule a return pick up, which will cost Rs. 120. 

 

However, in both the scenarios we will bear the cost of forwarding the exchange. Thanks for understanding, this is solely to ensure the bare minimum required to reduce the cost and provide a good apparel experience.
