Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes the fit, color, or feel isn’t quite right.

That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges for unused, unwashed products within 7 days of delivery (exceptions below).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You can now start your return directly through:

• 
  Your order confirmation email, or
  
• 
  By logging into your account on our website.
  

👉 Note: Our current system doesn’t show a separate “Exchange” option.

Please select “Return” and choose a reason like “Too small” or “Too big.”

Our customer support team will then contact you to arrange the exchange or return.

After Approval

Once approved, we’ll schedule your pickup and share the details by email.


Refunds or exchanges are processed once we receive your return.
